History and experience: Keys to understanding difference from a feminist perspective in philosophy.

Abstract

This article recovers the contributions that some of the most representative thinkers have made to
the feminist theory, apart from traditional methodology and in accordance with their valuable and
profound reinterpretation of philosophical methods, problems and concepts. This brief overview
aims to point out the importance of equality in terms of sexual difference, the recognition of the
complexity of inequality based on diverse factors, and the value of the method of historicizing
differences.
