In “Reading comprehension problems in Mexico (21st century) and the need for a special study plan and program in secondary schools by T.V. to reinforce reading in students” we analyze reading comprehension problems in Mexico in the 21st century, reading comprehension in secondary schools, the EXCALE (2009), PISA (2015) and PLANEA (2018) tests, cognitive processes and reading difficulties. Through an anthropological approach we analyze the complications in secondary schools by T.V. to teach students to read. Therefore, with this article we will understand that is necessary a special study plan and program for secondary schools by T.V. that gives priority to reinforcing reading with attractive activities for students.
