Abstract

The intention of this article is to explain the conditions that make the experience of emptiness wasted. There is usually a fear of emptiness, so trying to compensate for it reduces its potential function as a starting point for development or learning. The text shows four ways in which the imbalance shows a compensatory saturation that causes greater destructiveness: risk behaviors due to excesses, distractions or negligence, codependencies and material dependencies. At the same time, the following paragraphs provide concepts that allow different meanings of the circumstances involved in the described experiences.
