Worker and contemporary work's space. An ontological critique to employment
Keywords:
Work's space, Employment, Diffuse humanAbstract
Human being defines himself existing when recognizes himself as entity within a space delimited by his actions. Each person upholds life in individual and collective spaces where he and she produce. In these, they labor and work while signify the places as settings or objects. People approach to Being through the working of the producing [poiesis]; instead, without producing, they recede. For instance, the philosophical goal of this paper is to elucidate how it is this estrangement in contemporary labor reality.
The assumption is that contemporary worker is uncommunicated from Being because hi not produces anymore in work's space, but hi works to receive remuneration only; and, with this, he inserts himself into the Employment system where the activity prevails upon the employed person and the work's space. This space is taken like any useful and replaceable object for Homo laborans in laborancy.
Employment was established as a system that plunder and ill every man and woman, and the space is annulled. Money is the only motivation for the employee's hyper-activities. Thus, employees don't achieve the realization that sprouts from producing; they drown into self- exploitation. Human being is diffuse now, isolated and uncommunicated from Being.
