The purpose of this work is to understand the determinants of academic performance in students of the Autonomous University of Baja California. It is specifically interested in the period corresponding to the Covid-19 pandemic. It is argued that during the Covid-19 pandemic, institutional services, school performance, and students' emotions have determined the academic performance of students during the pandemic. It is worth mentioning that methodologically, a quantitative approach is used to explain the relationships that exist between academic performance and its associated factors. The results reflect that during the pandemic, students maintained a positive academic performance.
