This first article concerns the study titled The Individualism of the Fictional Character and of the Individual in History as a Result of the Mexican Revolution. Initially, some aspects of Philosophy about the theory of individualism are briefly considered in order to approach, from this point of view, the character of Rodolfo Fierro, who appears in the stories "Los hombres de Urbina" ("Urbina's Men"), "Las tristezas de El Peet" ("El Peet's Sorrows"), and "Tomás Urbina" from the book Cartucho by Nellie Campobello. This also allows one to observe Rodolfo Fierro as an individual, whom some historians of the Mexican Revolution mention for his singular behavior in the revolutionary dispute. Our objective is to identify the individualism of Rodolfo Fierro in Literature and History. The attempt here is to arrive at the determination that the history of a subject leads to the individual himself or herself.Downloads
