Law Issues on Sophocles tragedy: agón, aletheia and philía

This following article focusses on dikeologic dimension of Sofolces Tragedy to do a dramatic analysis of law issues that are discussed and problematized in the texts. In specific, we address the concepts: agón, altetheia and philia, as topics that are staged to show the forms and needs of a new emerging right, which updates the shaping condition of the tragedy as a gender, whose beneficial function of citizen formation is a part of a set of institutions of the democratic polis of the 5th century BC.
