The disappearance of people committed by individuals. A reading from the concept of vulnerability, according to the new constitutionality block.

This paper reflects on the actions that the State has implemented to guarantee the
protection of people who have suffered from the disappearance (forced) carried out by
individuals. The analysis of these actions must be supported out from the new paradigm of
the Mexican legal system, constituted by the new constitutionality block. The nodal problem
is that the mechanisms for the protection of people's rights, approved out by the State, do
not solve the cases where there are people who suffer from “vulnerability” due to the forced
disappearance of people. Therefore, today the regulations that have protected citizens must
take into account these "particularities" agreed by the Mexican State.
