A Mexican Soggestion for a Low Theory.
Keywords:
Natural law, Legal positivism, Neoconstitutionalism, Theory of lawAbstract
In this paper we will study the three main theories of law that have an impact on Mexican
law: natural law, legal positivism and neo-constitutionalism. This activity is undertaken in
response to the rapid change experienced on a daily basis, implying that the current paradigm is overcome by the new models imposed for its better development. This study
intends to provide new principles that can support a new theory capable of explaining our
legal system, and at the same time, take up the debate on the theoretical design of law
based on current manifestations of what the new Mexican law can consider.
