Abstract

This research is oriented towards Enrique Macías, a poet recognized by other poets, as we will see throughout the comments made by them in a series of interviews. The general objective of the study is to gather in a document the state of the question about the critical opinions that the work of Enrique Macías has awakened, and in particular, to make known the love letters addressed to his university muse. The in-depth revision of the amorous discourse, a subject untouched by the critics, will allow to deepen in the construction of a sender who stopped believing in himself, as a fictional character who self-evokes himself in another time, that of the early best years, as he qualifies the first 25 years. The study considers it necessary to date the place and date of birth and death, to interpret the general lines of his production and to contribute to the scarce state of the question the finding of six texts written as epistles. It is an exploratory study, which orients a product around the predominant discourses of Enrique Macías, opting for the amorous discourse as the ultimate purpose.
