False cognate verbs in ESP/PT: an example of a didactic application with Moodle for teaching in ELE and PLE.
Keywords:
Verbs, False cognates, TICs, PLE, ELEAbstract
Related to the similarities and differences between Spanish and Portuguese, and different subjects that can be contrasted in its teaching-learning, we find the false cognates or false friends, widely studied (Ceolin, Ferreira Montero, Sanz Juez, etc), but mainly through general listings, without paying special attention to the verbs. Under that premise and with the aim to go over the cognate false verbs and teach our experience with a didactical suggestion and use of TICs in PLE and ELE, we set out this article structured in 4 parts : theoretical frame including typology and examples; Spanish/Portuguese contrast; Moodle as a teaching-learning tool for the subject; and conclusions.
