Abstract

To transcend or the transcendence are the key concepts of philosophy. These terms are related to the basic philosophical questions of where we came from and where we are going. In the history of philosophy, transcendence was interpreted in different ways, but philosophers humbly accepted its unattainableness and incomprehensibility. For modern thought after enlightenment is unacceptable humility of reason, reason transforms the immanent transcendence. Reason dictates how things will happen. In the search for a sense of existence is not being open to the transcendent, while controlling it. And avoid totalitarianism. Postmodern thinking seeking a solution contrary into relativize the ability to reason, raison d'être is losing in uncertainty. This article is talking about being, which is open to transcendence and respects it. Opening to the transcendence allows to acceptation the existence in the eternity and acceptation the time limit of existence. Meaning of existence shows itself through transcendencel.
