Abstract

This paper intends to present what is the status of the Metaphysics when presented as a system of knowledge with intent to access an exclusive unconditioned reality by way of speculative reasoning. The question to be answered is: What conclusion comes Kant theory of knowledge regarding the legitimacy or illegitimacy of metaphysics as knowledge of transcendent realities?
