The article addresses the problem related to the different actions committed against indigenous peoples in Peru, which considerably affect their right to territory and access to justice, also pointing out the impact it causes on their collective development, taking as a reference the case of the Santa Rosillo de Yanayacu Native Community, located in the department of San Martín.
