Keywords:
Interdisciplinarity, Methodology, Question, Direction, Strategy, VocationAbstract
It reflects how Philosophy and Administrative Sciences should collaborate interdisciplinary in the
management of schools. An attempt is made to show how Philosophy and its theoretical-practical
potential can exercise an intelligent and decisive guideline in the administrative task of managing
education. Certain methodological guidelines are proposed where it is argued in favor of the
necessary alliance and a theoretical and practical guardianship of philosophy in that collaboration is postulated. Finally, a set of practical cases where philosophy collaborates, clarifies and becomes
decisive in problematic areas of educational management are proposed and pondered, the above to
make evident the necessary alliance referred to.
