Keywords:
Prosecutor's Office Research, Research folder, Criminal, CrimeAbstract
The Agent of the Public Ministry or Prosecutor, is an investigator helped by the police in the integration of the investigation folder, however, the Prosecutor, is a lawyer, lacking preparation in matters of criminal investigation, as far as the investigating policemen we see from a practical point of view, they also lack professionalization in this matter. The prosecutor interprets according to his best knowledge and understanding the expert opinions and proofs of all kinds that are given to him for the integration of the Investigation Folder, but he is only qualified to resolve the legal situation of a probable person responsible for the commission of the crime, but he is not a scientist who can concatenate a complex puzzle of evidence to find a real person responsible for committing a crime.
