En este análisis sociosemiótico del cuento “Alta cocina” de Amparo Dávila, encontraremos rastros discursivos que nos remiten a un pasado traumático, haciendo referencia a la conformación de un relato discursivizado por medio de un formato testimonial exteriorizando desde el inconsciente una verdad para el alivio parcial de un evento que recuerda la era de las dictaduras y los desaparecidos que éstas dejaron a su paso.
Se trabaja con huellas discursivas y con la relación específica que opera entre ellas como indicadores de las preocupaciones sociales de una circunstancia sociohistórica.
