Semantic form of the main character and aesthetic closure in two police novels by Vicente Leñero. An approximation to its pluridimensionality
Keywords:
Bajtín, semantic form, aesthetic closure, totality of meaningAbstract
Vicente Leñero did not dedicate full time to the detective genre, but did provide it with literary elements that go beyond the crime fiction, as we note in this work, when analyzing two of his novels: Los albañiles and Asesinato. In them, we see the semantic form of the main character and aesthetic closure, two aspects of the Bajtnian theory that allows us to verify, the strategy of Leñero to create his characters, also to see, that the generic end traditional police -closed aesthetic closure-, is transgressed by the author, in order to maintain an open dialogue and with this he proposes, that his point of view is not absolute.Downloads
