Abstract

The ayöök (mixean) communality, theorized by Floriberto Díaz, has been rewritten in the book Los Muertos Indóciles by Cristina Rivera Garza. She proposes adapting the concept to a dis/appropriation instead of the literary property system. An analysis about Rivera´s work, based on my personal experience as an ayöök and literature student, is presented
