In this brief literary discourse analysis of the short story Algunos rasgos solamente… by Camacho (2003), we aim to analyze how a cyborg female subjectivity is constructed in Amy, Carola, and Jill, who subvert the patriarchal order through the prey-hunter dynamic and how, through irony, they question traditional gender stereotypes linked to sexuality. Using the ATLAS.ti.25 software, we created codes to identify the markers of irony related to the author's objective and the traits she describes in the main characters. We describe thirteen fragments containing irony markers and texts that subvert the prey-hunter dynamic. We also identify five traits the author mentions in reference to the story's title. Finally, a form of cyborg was called into question through the use of scientific tools not permanently incorporated, just as Haraway (1984) reinforced the idea that we are all cyborgs and this in turn criticizes patriarchy by rejecting the idea of woman as something pure, on the contrary, this hybrid form allows new forms of identity and with technology dismantles hierarchies.
